The New Step for African Community is a non-profit organisation (registered charity), established to support Africans and immigrants, particularly those living in the North West of England.
NESTAC is one of the foremost African charities in the North West. At the heart of the charity is the welfare of Africans and other Immigrants in Greater Manchester. The organisation now can boast of six staff members and a host of volunteers through its hard work,commitment and dedication.
We encourage Community cohesion through the promotion of African culture, providing a wide range of cultural awareness workshops and cultural events; examples include:
- African Festivals
- Workshops on African Traditions and Values
- African Cuisine
- African handicrafts and costumes
