Patrick Massamba is born in Democratic Republic of Congo. He is an accomplished professional in many aspects of software and enterprise applications design and development with many years of Information Technology experience across various industries such as telecommunications, transportation, e-recruitment and financial services.
After a long stay in Canada and Belgium, Patrick becomes very conscious of the problematic of the integration of immigrants, especially Africans, in their new society or community.
Toward the end of 2003, He met with Peggy and Guy who were in the early stage of the establishment of the Nestac Charity … Patrick was seduced by their ideas about services to immigrants and joined enthusiastically the project.
